Zero6 Marketing uses AI-assisted tools as part of our content production, diagnostic and audit process. We are transparent about this because we believe you have a right to know how your work is produced.
In practical terms, this means:
If you have questions about how AI tools are used in producing your specific deliverables, please ask — we are happy to be specific.
When you use the free marketing diagnostic tool on this website, the following applies.
We collect your name and email address for the sole purpose of sending your diagnostic report and following up where relevant. We process this on the basis of legitimate interest in providing a service you have requested. We also store your diagnostic score and findings to enable report delivery.
Any screenshots or files you upload are processed in memory only. They are passed securely to our AI processing service to generate your findings and discarded immediately afterwards. Zero6 Marketing does not store, retain or keep copies of any screenshots, images or files you upload at any point. The diagnostic report PDF is generated in memory, delivered to you as a download and sent once to your email address. It is not stored by Zero6 Marketing after delivery.
Your uploaded screenshots are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your diagnostic findings. Screenshot content is transmitted to Anthropic's servers during processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models for paid API users. Anthropic's privacy policy is at anthropic.com/privacy.
You can request deletion of your name, email and diagnostic data at any time by emailing hello@zero6marketing.com. We will action all deletion requests within 14 days.
Contact data is retained for 12 months from the date of your diagnostic request, then deleted automatically.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on our website with the date it was last updated.
For significant changes that affect how we use your data, we will notify existing clients by email where we hold your contact details.
