Data security

We take the security of your personal data seriously. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.

Where we share data with third parties such as Formspree, we ensure those parties have appropriate security measures in place. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you have reason to believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately at hello@zero6marketing.com.

11

International transfers

Some of the third-party tools we use may transfer your data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the relevant authorities.

Formspree, for example, is based in the United States and processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data transfer mechanisms.

12

Use of AI tools

Zero6 Marketing uses AI-assisted tools as part of our content production, diagnostic and audit process. We are transparent about this because we believe you have a right to know how your work is produced.

All AI-assisted outputs — including audit reports, content drafts and strategic recommendations — are reviewed, briefed and approved by a Chartered Marketer before delivery. AI is used to support our process, not to replace the human judgement behind it.

In practical terms, this means:

  • AI tools may be used to assist in producing your marketing audit, content drafts or strategy documents
  • Every output is reviewed and approved by Rashid Patel, Chartered Marketer, before it reaches you
  • We do not use AI to make automated decisions about individuals that have legal or similarly significant effects
  • Personal data you submit via our website forms is not used to train AI models
  • Where third-party AI tools process any data as part of our work, we ensure those tools operate under appropriate data protection terms

If you have questions about how AI tools are used in producing your specific deliverables, please ask — we are happy to be specific.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on our website with the date it was last updated.

For significant changes that affect how we use your data, we will notify existing clients by email where we hold your contact details.
